(Seems the message cuts off...) (Maybe they'll finish it later.)Vending machine graffiti, Chapter 3
The TV Dinner (JP: TVディナー), formatted as TVDinner in the inventory, is a consumable in Chapter 3 of Deltarune. It can be acquired from various places in TV World:
- A Pippins in the Before the Show area tells the party that Dark Dollars are not used within that Dark World, and offers to trade TV Dinners for 250 D$.
- The same Pippins can later be found in a prison cell, selling TV Dinners for 300 D$, or 800 if three TV Dinners are bought together.
- Ramb gives a TV Dinner as a prize for completing the Desert Board with a C-rank.
- The vending machine in the Green Room sells TV Dinners for 60 POINTs, the cheapest renewable source.
- TV Dinner has double chance to be pulled from the ball machine.
- A chest in the Shadowguy crossroads contains a TV Dinner.
- The vending machine in the Green Room sells TV Dinners for 200 D$ after the show.
The flavor text of this item depends on which SAVE slot the player has chosen.
Additionally, if any party member is downed during Round 3 of TV Time, Tenna forcibly revives them with a TV Dinner. This is a direct heal for 100 HP, and does not consume items from the party's inventory.
In Chapter 4, a TV Dinner can be found in a chest in Mike's room.
In Chapter 5, a TV Dinner can be created by fusing two TV Slop items at Malius.

| Noelle | Mmm, butterscotch! (unused) | "Brain freeze is for the weak!" (unused) | I can hardly tell it's not, um, real blood. (unused) |
| Kris | N/A | Noelle: What are you, a unicorn? Faha. (unused) | N/A |
In The Legend of Tenna, TV Dinners can be acquired at the following places:
- Tenna gives the party two TV Dinners if they reach the Game Over screen while having under 20 POINTs and no TV Dinners.
- Tenna sells TV Dinners inside his Desert Board shop, but the party has to re-enter the shop every time they buy one. If the party starts the board with 0 TV Dinners, the first TV Dinner costs 20 POINTs, next at 50, next at 100, and the remaining ones are sold at 200 POINTs. The price of the TV Dinner is forced down to 10 POINTs if the party has 10 POINTs or fewer.
- A Pippins shop in the Island Board sells TV Dinners for 400 POINTs each, but the party has to re-enter the shop every time they buy one. If a TV Dinner is available for sale and the party purchases the key, the Pippins runs off, and the TV Dinner can be collected for free. New TV Dinners no longer spawn upon entering the shop.
- Purchasing a TV Dinner from a Pippins
- Tenna giving the party 2 free TV Dinners after they receive a Game Over
- TV Dinner sold in Tenna's shop in the Desert Board
- Receiving a TV Dinner from Ramb in the Green Room
- TV Dinner sold in a vending machine
- Obtaining a TV Dinner from the ball machine
- TV Dinner sold in a Pippins shop in the Island Board
- Tenna forcing the party to eat TV Dinners when they faint during Round 3
- Obtaining a TV Dinner from a treasure chest in TV World
- TV Dinners sold by a Pippins
- Obtaining a TV Dinner from a treasure chest in Mike's room
- This item is a reference to the real-life frozen meal, which is known as a TV dinner in the US and Canada since the 1950s. This is acknowledged in the item's description with it being described as a pre-made meal.
- The TV Dinner in save slot 3 being described as "unfortunately" in a normal shape might be a reference to the Steak in the Shape of Mettaton's Face from Undertale. Both are also described as being vegan.
- It is implied that the TV Dinners are made of Pipis that Tenna keeps in his wardrobe and grinds up.[1]
- In Chapter 5, two TV Dinners can be fused together by Malius to synthesize a DeluxeDinner.
- ↑ Only after returning from TV World after the fight with Rouxls Kaard.
