SnowRing
The SnowRing (JP: スノーリング Sunō Ringu) is a ring-type weapon that first appears in Chapter 2 of Deltarune.
It is Noelle's default weapon, which is when she joins the party in Cyber City.
The SnowRing does not improve Noelle's stats and can only be equipped to her. It is only possible to see the equipment reactions from her, Susie, and Ralsei if she was given either a FreezeRing or ThornRing, and the Chapter 2 Weird Route occurred or was aborted.

- Are you... proposing? [When attempting to equip it to Ralsei]
- (Thank goodness...) [When equipping it to Noelle]
- Noelle's flavor text could mean that unequipping the FreezeRing or the ThornRing makes her feel better, or that she does not want Kris to have the SnowRing.
