GigaSalad
The GigaSalad (JP: ギガサラダ Giga Sarado) is an unused consumable in Chapter 1 of Deltarune. It restores 90 HP to Noelle in the overworld, and 4 HP to all other party members. In battle, it always restores 4 HP, unaffected by BlueRibbon's healing boost effect.[1]
- The GigaSalad's healing properties being so strong on Noelle may stem from the fact that she resembles a reindeer, a herbivorous species.
- It may also be due to the fact that the fridge in Noelle's House is noted to be stocked almost exclusively with vegetables and water, showcasing a fixation by the Holidays that goes beyond simple dietary preference.
- It is possible that the Light World equivalent of this item might be a blade of grass or similar, which would explain the low HP increase on non-herbivore monsters, since carnivores and some omnivores are often unable to digest grass.
