Elnina (JP: エルニーナ) is an item in the Island Board of The Legend of Tenna in Deltarune. She is found at the lost lover island if Lanino's attack was selected as the better one during their fight in Desert Board, making the Lanino item unobtainable.
After collecting Elnina, the player must bring her to meet with Lanino at Lover's Peak, after which, the item is removed from the inventory.
