The Hearts Donut (JP: ハートドーナツ Heart Donut), formatted as HeartsDonut in the inventory, is a consumable found in Chapter 1 of Deltarune. It can be bought from a Hathy at the Forest's Bake Sale for 40 D$ each. It restores a different amount of HP depending on the party member and whether it is consumed during or outside of an encounter.

- The flavor text is a reference to the joke "Hurts Donut", wherein one person asks the other whether they want a "hurts donut", and if the other person responds positively they punch them in the arm, exclaiming "Hurts, don't it?"
- In the Japanese version of Deltarune, this line was altered to "ハートの形のドーナツ。" (lit. "A heart-shaped doughnut").
- In Chapter 1, the Hearts Donut and the Choco Diamond heal Kris and Susie the least in-battle respectively.
- The Hearts Donut heals for 90 HP when used on Susie in battle, making it one of the highest single-member healing items in the game as of Chapter 1.
