TensionBow
The TensionBow (JP: TP蝶タイ Tīpī Chōtai, lit. "TP Bowtie") is an armor in Deltarune that can be obtained from Malius at the Top Bakery in Castle Town, starting in Chapter 2. It can be created by fusing a B.ShotBowtie and the TensionBit together. Due to Color Cafe (the place where the B.ShotBowtie is obtained) being blocked by Rouxls Kaard's statue, it cannot be obtained in the Weird Route.
It grants +2 DF and 
TPGain, which in the case of the TensionBow grants 10% extra TP gain from grazing. It can be equipped to any party member.
Unlike most other equipment, party members do not comment when equipped with the TensionBow, which is similar to the (unused) SkyMantle.
