The JusticeAxe (JP: 正義のアックス), initially referred to as the Magic Axe (JP: まほうの戦斧 Magic Battle Axe), is an axe-type weapon in Chapter 4 of Deltarune. It is obtained by first completing the gold piano puzzle, then defeating the Hammer of Justice.
The JusticeAxe can only be equipped to Susie, and grants +12 AT, making it the strongest weapon available to Susie as of Chapter 4. Obtaining it grants Susie the Axe of Justice title. It also has a 
??? ability (not to be confused with the Mannequin's 
??? ability), which has the same icon as the magic stat but no effect attached to it.
While initially described as the Magic Axe, actually equipping it reveals that it does not affect Susie's magic stat. Rather, it is said that whoever wields it will have great magic power. This refers to Susie's healing capacities improving during her fight with Hammer of Justice, culminating in OKHeal's evolution to BetterHeal, as well as her gaining an innate +4 Magic.

- The JusticeAxe resembles the hammer used by the Hammer of Justice.
- The JusticeAxe is currently the only equipment granted by a Shadow Crystal boss to both affect only one stat and lack any secondary boosts.
- Despite having a $999,999,999 price tag, the JusticeAxe cannot be purchased by any means, even if a save's Dark Dollars are increased by changing the files.
