The TV Studio[1] (JP: TVスタジオ), also known as the TV Building[2] (JP: TVハウス TV House), is a building in Castle Town, situated next to the Top Bakery. It appears in Chapter 4 of Deltarune and is only accessible if Tenna was repaired. The rooms within are stylized after the Green Room.
The TV Studio houses a minigame room, in which the party can replay the Rock Video minigame, and Mike's room, in which the party can battle the fake Mikes and play their minigames.
In Chapter 4, the TV Studio building appears in Castle Town and can be entered if Tenna was repaired between the events of Chapter 3 and Chapter 4. Otherwise, the building is boarded up and inaccessible.
Mike's room is accessible by inputting 6453 on the locked door in the lobby. In the entrance hallway, Ralsei questions if they should be in the room, to which Susie asks if he is curious who Mike is, as he is mentioned often. Ralsei reluctantly agrees.
Further in Mike's room, the party is confronted by Small Mike, Cat Mike, and Cowboy Hat Mike, who reveal themselves to be a green Pippins, a Shadowguy, and a Zapper respectively. After they leave the room, the party is able to return and play various minigames.
If a Chapter 4 Completion FILE is present and the Sound of Justice has been defeated, a cutscene where a beam of light appears near the Grand Door of the 3rd Sanctuary occurs upon loading the game from title screen. Kris can use it to return to Castle Town, where every building in town aside from the Cafe and TV Studio are blocked off with fences. The TV Studio is accessible even if Tenna was not repaired, and the facilities unlocked are based on how many TV World recruits are available. Inside the Studio, a sign appears next to the Mike Door stating the code. Everything in Mike's room still functions (including the battle), but are done without the other party members. When playing Rock Video, Susie and Ralsei are replaced with autoplaying demos, which play their parts perfectly.

The lobby is a horizontal hallway with a SAVE point to the far left. A Zapper mans the desk to the north of the entryway and welcomes the party to the TV Studio.
To the left of the Zapper are two doors. The first door leads to the minigame room, and the second door leads to Mike's room.
If the minigame room is locked, the Zapper does not appear.[3][4] It is possible for both lobby rooms to be locked even though TV Studio is open, making it functionally useless.

The minigame room is stylized after the A-rank room within the Green Room. It is only accessible if every Darkner from TV World is recruited. Otherwise, the door is covered with construction tape and inaccessible. A Shadowguy and Pippins man the desk to the right of the entryway. The Pippins explains tips on how to achieve a higher score on the Rock Video minigames, and the Shadowguy only makes unintelligible saxophone noises when interacted with. A Plugboy to the right of the desk explains that the Shadowguy enjoys his job despite being unable to talk.
To the left of the desk, there are doors that lead to the Rock Video minigame. Each door allows the party to play a different song: In Chapter 4, the right door contains Raise Up Your Bat, the middle door contains It's TV Time!, and the left door contains Knock You Down!! (Rhythm Ver.). In Chapter 5, a fourth door containing 4rd Sanctuary is added to the right. Each song can be played on a harder difficulty option. The ranks attained in each minigame are displayed at the top of the door, with normal difficulty in yellow and hard difficulty in orange.
Behind the locked door in the lobby is Mike's room, a dimly lit area unlocked after inputting the code 6453 on the lock. This room can be accessed after the party has entered the Dark Sanctuary by entering the pillar of light back to Castle Town. This light only appears if the player has at least one Chapter 4 Completion FILE and has defeated Sound of Justice on the current Chapter 4 file, then reloads the game. If the player enters the TV Studio lobby this way, a note appears next to the door stating the code. In Chapter 5, Small Mike will also give the code directly.
The content in Mike's room is available if Shadowguy, Zapper, and Pippins have been recruited in Chapter 3. If not all three are recruited, the door is covered with construction tape and the note does not appear. Because these enemies are automatically recruited if the player does not use a completion FILE, Mike's room will always be accessible when freshly starting Chapter 4 or Chapter 5.
The code "6453" is produced when attempting to type "MIKE" onto a telephone keypad using the E.161 arrangement of letters and numbers.

The initial room is a horizontal hallway with six statues lining the northern wall. A cat statue blocks the way forward, which disappears after interacting with it and choosing to pet it. If it is inspected and not petted, Kris attempts to pet Ralsei and Susie instead if they are in the party, which causes Susie to complain.
The next room is another horizontal hallway with an offshoot to the north that is blocked by tall cat statues. The tall cat statue cannot be petted. However, declining to pet it causes Kris to try to pet Ralsei and Susie instead, to which Ralsei comments "Yo--sh!"

Further east is another hallway shelves high up on the wall with hats on top. A drawer is present at the center of the hallway, and at the end is a short cat statue with a Maus cowering in front of it. Removing the cat statue causes the Maus to transform into a hand attached to Kris, which the player can control using the PC's mouse, or the control stick on console versions.
The hats can be picked up with the Maus and placed on top of party members' heads, but the hats disappear upon exiting the room. Opening the drawer allows the player to pick up another hat. Petting the tall cat statue at the beginning of the hallway reveals a chest containing a TV Dinner, which can also be picked up by the Maus after it has been emptied.
On the Nintendo Switch 2 version of Deltarune, there are two Maice cowering in front of the short cat statue. Removing the statue causes the Maice to transform into two hands colored pink and yellow. The hands are controlled using the Joy-Con 2's mouse controls.

Backtracking to the previous room, the player can now remove the blockade of tall cat statues by petting them using the Maus. This leads them to the MIKE ZONE. To the north is a door to the battle room, which is unlocked by speaking loud enough into the device's microphone, or holding "ZR" on the Nintendo Switch version. To the right is a SAVE Point, and to the left is a crystal ball. Using the crystal ball allows the player to adjust their microphone sensitivity or re-bind the microphone to the right mouse button, or to [CANCEL].
On the Nintendo Switch 2 version of Deltarune, the MIKE ZONE is instead blocked off by two pairs of tall cat statues colored pink and yellow. They must be removed by petting them with the corresponding colored Maus. The crystal ball allows the player to adjust the Maus sensitivity, and the door must be opened by pushing both sections of the door in opposite directions.
After going through the door, the Mikes engage the party in battle. After defeating them, the room lights up, allowing the party to explore the room before leaving.
The room has a long offshoot to the right, which gets progressively darker as the party walks along. At the end of the offshoot, a photo-realistic microphone appears after waiting long enough.

Upon leaving the battle room, the door to Mike's room transforms. Going through the door again leads the party to a smaller, square room where they can play various minigames hosted by the Mikes.
In the room, the three Mikes are lined up along the top, and an instruction screen is situated along the northern wall. The crystal ball from the MIKE ZONE is situated to the southwest, and a MichaelBomb is situated to the southeast. A Mike slot, in which the player can insert a Mike, is situated at the center of the room.
Each Mike makes the Mike slot glow a unique color, with Small Mike being purple, Cowboy Hat Mike being red, and Cat Mike being yellow. If the player grabs a Mike and put them near another, the two will blush, and play an "aww" sound effect. The third Mike can be added in, who will also blush, but nothing else will happen.
Because the Mike minigames are no longer available in Chapter 5, the minigame room appears useless. However, after 30 seconds have passed without leaving the room, the two middle columns of tiles on the back wall will begin scrolling more slowly, indicating a hidden entrance.[5] If the player walks behind the Mikes and through these tiles, they will enter a new room featuring a large screen reading "Nagasagy Kikky Park". The flavor text upon interacting with the coin slot on the wall states "(This game cost 1 bobillion dollars to play. The coin slot is a mile long.)"

On the screen, a pink cat from the Mike minigames will wander around; if it is left undisturbed for 30 seconds, it will become fat and stop moving.[6] On the left side of the room is a "Dental Toy" button. The player can press this button to spawn up to 100 simultaneous chew toys in random positions on the screen.[7] The cat will swat the toys away in the order they appeared until no more are on screen.[8] Each time it does so, the "Happiness" counter on the right resets to 100 and begins ticking down by 1 every frame (1/30 seconds). After this, if the cat is left undisturbed without chew toys onscreen, the counter will continue to fall into the negatives, up to -99999.[9] At -20 happiness, the cat will begin to shake; every 2 seconds, this shaking will become slightly more intense.[10] Below zero happiness, the cat will also start meowing; after -600 happiness new meows cut off the old ones.[11] Below -500 happiness, the room's music, kikky_upgrade, will be slowed and pitched down by 50%.[12]
On the right side of the room is a white bomb with cat ears and a flashing pink and yellow fuse named the KIKKYBOMB. It is similar to the MichaelBomb that used to be in the minigame room. Interacting with it prompts the player to use it; doing so will spawn another cat on the screen with the same behaviors as the first. Additionally, there is a 1/20 chance for a TIGERBOMB to appear instead of the normal KIKKYBOMB.[13] Upon interaction with the TIGERBOMB, the screen will be covered by a large explosion, and the bomb will be replaced by coolant.[14]
The name "Nagasagy Kikky Park" is likely a reference to the real-world Nagasaki, Japan, which is known for its cats with curved tails.

During development playtesting for Chapter 4, there was a game-crashing bug that involved wearing a hat.[15] Toby Fox also made a side comment on his Bluesky account, stating that Pluey was not implemented, without clarifying the meaning of "Pluey".[16] On February 18, 2025, he made an individual post on Bluesky confirming that Pluey was implemented.[17]
