WoodBlade2

The WoodBlade2 (JP: 木刀２ Bokutō 2) is a sword-type weapon in Chapter 5 of Deltarune. It can be purchased from Pink's Shop in Cliffs in Chapter 5. It can only be equipped to Kris, and gives +10 AT and the cosmetic Coolness ability.

The item is presented as a stronger version of the Wood Blade.

Allusions

• The name WoodBlade2 is likely a callback to the Ragger2, which was previously the only other weapon to be a direct upgrade with "2" appended to the name of the original. Additionally, both the regular Wood Blade and the Ragger are Chapter 1 weapons.

The Pencil2 (JP: エンピツ２ Enpitsu Ni) is acquired by leaving the Dark World with the WoodBlade2 equipped.

Trivia

• Despite what its description implies, the Pencil2 is actually stronger than most other Light World weapons, granting +2AT instead of +1AT.
