Might not be perfect, but, uh...Susie, Chapter 4
SheetMusic (JP: 楽譜, romanized as Gakufu) is a Key Item in Chapter 4 of Deltarune. It is obtained after a cutscene where the Old Man gives Susie a pen and paper to write down "a conundrum's multitude tones" from the prophecy.
When the item is used, it reveals three lines of piano notes:
Viewing these notes opens the upstairs right gateway in the Study, which the Knight had gone through. This is likely an oversight and it was intended that the door open after Kris plays Piano that may not be played that well instead.
If the player attempts to play the notes on the organ piano at the top of the Dark Sanctuary's East Belltower, Kris will not hit the right tone for the last note. If the SheetMusic has been obtained, interacting with the organ and attempting to leave triggers a cutscene where Kris plays the track Piano that may not be played that well without the player's input. After this, it is possible to play all notes correctly, but Susie will comment that it sounded worse than Kris playing on their own.

Receiving the SheetMusic from Susie
- The eighth and final song Kris can play in Noelle's House,
kris_piano_prophecy, is nearly identical to the song written on this sheet music. This indicates that Kris had already learned how to play Piano that may not be played that well before this cutscene.
