The Lancer Cookie (JP: ランサークッキー Ransā Kukkī) is a consumable that first appears in Chapter 1 of Deltarune.
In Chapter 1, a Lancer Cookie can be bought for 40 D$ from Lancer and Susie at the Forest's Bake Sale.
Lancer gives one for free in the Top Bakery if Kris does not have one in their inventory. This occurs any time when visiting Castle Town in Chapter 2, and at the start of Chapter 4.

In an encounter, the Lancer Cookie always restores 50 HP. In the overworld, it restores 4 HP in Chapter 1 despite its description,[1] and 1 HP in Chapter 2 onward.
Like the SpinCake, the Lancer Cookie can be sold to Seam to get infinite Dark Dollars while in Castle Town. However, its 5 D$ sell price makes it inefficient.
If Kris's inventory is full when purchasing it in Chapter 1, Lancer drops the Lancer Cookie instead. He and Susie still purchase the Hearts Donut afterwards.
If Kris chooses to not get a Lancer Cookie when Lancer is in the Top Bakery, he comments that it "will heal you in times of need", implying its use in-battle. Ralsei also makes a skeptical response in reference to its overworld healing.
In Chapter 5, Lancer gives Susie a Lancer-shaped badge for her outfit, saying it doubles as a cookie, though this does not place LancerCookie into the party's inventory.
A physical version of the Lancer Cookie appeared as one of the many prizes during the 2022 Spamton Sweepstakes event.
The Lancer Cookie appears as official merchandise as a sticker set, where it is on the same sheet as a Dark Candy tree, Egg, and Darkburger.
