CheerScarf

The CheerScarf (JP: チアーマフラー Chiā Mafurā, lit. "Cheer Muffler") is an unused scarf-type weapon in Chapter 2 of Deltarune that can only be equipped to Ralsei. It gives +1 AT, +2 Magic and the Smiley ability which, despite its description saying it increases TP from critical attacks, is purely cosmetic.
