Quiz vortex
The quiz vortex[1] (JP: クイズ台風) is an enemy in The Legend of Tenna that appears on the Desert Board and during the bonus round.
The quiz vortex resembles a light blue vortex with blue legs.
If the party is on the same screen as the quiz vortex, it charges towards HERO_SWORD. It can clip through obstacles such as cacti. Touching a quiz vortex triggers a quiz minigame.
On the Desert Board, the quiz minigame has three questions. Regardless of how the party performs on the quizzes, the quiz vortex drops a Q afterwards. There are two quiz vortexes in total.
During the bonus round, the quiz vortexes flee from Tenna's game character when they are on-screen, but Tenna's character speeds up to catch them. When Tenna touches them, it triggers a quiz with loaded questions such as "AREN'T YOU HAVING SO MUCH FUN?" where all of the answers are correct.
Two quiz vortexes were planned to reappear on the scrapped City Board. The shy quiz vortex, located in southeast of the commercial district, will try to flee from the party. Using the camera freezes it in place and removes its legs. After pushing the cactus in the cactus field, the party is given access to the water quiz vortex, who is shown sitting near the pier.
