Politics Bear, Chapter 1
Politics Bear is a minor returning character in Deltarune.
Politics Bear is a bearish monster wearing a navy blue suit and a red tie.
Politics Bear is a politically-minded individual who offers observations regarding Hometown's political landscape. However, they later become disillusioned upon realizing that their entire political career amounts to little more than standing around and looking important.
In Chapter 1, Politics Bear is first seen on a street corner outside as Toriel drives Kris to school. After Kris returns from Card Kingdom, they can be found in the Town Hall. They describe Carol as an icy person with negative charisma who runs unopposed because of her work ethic and good track record, and further note that Carol likes to keep her office's air conditioner running full blast, wondering if the chill is what politics feels like.
In Chapter 2, Politics Bear is bothered by Business Guy's briefcase antics, worried that he might be trying to bribe them.
In Chapter 4, Politics Bear becomes disillusioned with Hometown's political system due to the only thing they have ever done politically being to stand there and look important.
In Undertale, Politics Bear resides in Snowdin Town, standing outside of Grillby's.
