Dad Cat is a Lightner in Deltarune. He is the father of Catti and Catty, and the husband of Mom Cat.
Dad Cat shares Catty's purple fur, has one prominent upper canine tooth, black whiskers and a black comb-over, and only has a left arm.
Dad Cat is jovial, cheerful, and is proud of his children.[1][2]

Dad Cat speaks informally, using words such as "yah" and "huh", and often drops the "g" at the end of words.
In Chapter 1, Dad Cat stands next to the grill in front of his house. He seems to believe that Asriel's name is "Douglas", and complains that "Doug" did not like his wife's cooking,[3] which, along with physical resemblance and featuring a broken grill behind him, may be a reference to Bud Dink from the TV show Doug. Dad Cat hints he has had his stomach pumped from eating oranges,[4] which are poisonous to cats.
In Chapter 2, Dad Cat can be found at QC's Diner, along with the rest of his family. He mentions being terrified of the shape of pickles,[1] referencing the apparent real-life phenomenon of cats being scared of cucumbers.
In Chapter 4, Dad Cat appears as a member of the choir at church. He later expresses pride in his daughters[2] and plans to cook them a "cartoon fish bone grill" before proclaiming his family to be "feminests".[5] Afterwards, he and his wife get stuck in a tree by the library, with Catti constructing a plan in order to get them down.
