I love snails. Could today get any better!?
Snail Guy, Chapter 2
Snail Guy is a minor returning character in Deltarune.
Snail Guy is a small greenish humanoid monster.
Snail Guy is enthusiastic and carefree, often finding joy in situations that others would find frustrating, such as traffic jams and slow-moving days. They also possess a fondness for snails and relishes any opportunity to move at their own pace.
In Chapter 1, Snail Guy's car is blocked by Undyne, on the opposite side of Scared Donut Guy. They say they feel very directed by Undyne's method of directing traffic by standing in the street yelling at cars to get out of her way.
In Chapter 2, Snail Guy appears in the traffic jam. They comment that traffic is moving at a "snail's pace", and that they are enjoying the day. If interacted with again, they express pride that this day is their first traffic jam. After returning from the Cyber World, Kris and Susie can find Snail Guy parked next to ICE-E's P"E"ZZA talking about potentially settling down there, blocking Scared Donut Guy as a result.
During Chapter 4, Snail Guy can be found outside the Police Station, continuously running over Napstablook. They are joyous at Undyne's absence, stating that the lack of police means they can go as slow as they want.
In Chapter 5, Snail Guy appears parked next to the crowd during Pizzapants' performance in front of Noelle's house because they thought it was a drive-in movie.[1]
In Undertale, Snail Guy resides in the Blook Family snail farm.
