The nurse to Kris, Chapter 4
The nurse[1] is a returning character in Deltarune. In Hometown, they are the hospital's receptionist.
The nurse is a pink monster with a large, red mouth filled with sharpened teeth. On their head is a nurse's cap with a blue cross on the front.
The nurse is shown to care for others' health and express concern if other people do not feel well or act like themselves.
In Chapter 1, the nurse mentions they enjoy listening to Kris and Undyne play the piano. If the player tries to get Kris to play the piano, they become concerned that Kris cannot play the piano "beautifully", and notices that they seem "a little sick..."
In Chapter 2, the nurse asks if Kris and Susie are there to make an appointment. Susie corrects them that they are just hanging out.
In Chapter 4, the nurse is surprised to see Kris visit so often despite not being sick themselves. They also mention that Toriel was concerned for Kris's health.[2] On the Weird Route, they thank Kris for bringing Berdly into the hospital.
In Undertale, the nurse's green-colored counterpart appears as a patron of Grillby's in Snowdin Town. They speak of the properties of monster food compared to human food.
