BlueRibbon
The BlueRibbon (JP: ブルーリボン) is an armor found in Chapter 3 of Deltarune. It can be obtained as a gold prize from the ball machine in the Green Room. It can be equipped to any party member but Susie, prior to Chapter 5.
The BlueRibbon gives +1 DF and +1 Magic while also granting the 
Heal+ ability, which increases the effectiveness of healing by 12.5%. This applies to all sources of healing, including consumables. During Chapters 3 and 4, this effect does not apply to GigaSalad,[1] S.POISON,[2] and Scarlixir (unless used on Noelle).[3]
If a character has both the BlueRibbon and the MonarchRBN equipped, both increase the amount healed by 12.5% of the item's regular healing, rounded up. This means the healing amount after both are equipped is .[4]

- This item cannot be sold at a shop. This property is otherwise not seen outside of the Manual and items from Shadow Crystal bosses.
- The BlueRibbon appears to be referenced in TV Time's Island Board, as two BlueRibbons can be found and equipped by Susie and Kris's in-game avatars.
- In Chapter 4, owning the BlueRibbon prevents the BlackShard from spawning at the cliff in Castle Town. This is a bug due to the two items sharing the same ID number, and was fixed starting in Chapter 5.
