Icon Man, Chapter 2
Icon Man[2] is a Darkner from the Cyber World in Chapter 2.
Icon Man is a light blue, square-headed figure with 4 pink dots and a pink cross on their head.
Icon Man suffers from existential dread, hiding their distress behind the thin pretense of asking for a friend. They are notably melancholic and miserable, in stark contrast to their joyful friend.
Icon Man first appears above the Ferris wheel poster room. They state that they are seeking help for a friend with existential dread who looks exactly like them, suggesting that they are talking about themselves. This gets subverted when Icon Man's friend[note 1] shows up, opening a nearby door and exclaiming, "They're talking about me!!!" Ironically, the friend appears much happier than the one outdoors.
Icon Man later appears in Queen's Mansion in front of the bathroom on 3F. They wonder how much longer the current occupant of the bathroom (the statue) is going to be.
They are absent during the Weird Route.
After finishing the climbing minigame in Castle Town's church at between 23.33 and 24.966 seconds, Icon Man appears behind the curtains, speechless.
