Ferroll
Ferroll (JP: フェロル) is a Darkner character from Chapter 5. They are a smith character found in the Cliffs, and later reappearing in Pink's room to give the party hints about how to find Pink Coins.
Ferroll appears to have a very similar body shape to Malius, but their head is a metal hammer instead of a squeaky one. Additionally, they are wearing a karate gi with a black belt tied around their waist.
Ferroll tries to be helpful, while being incapable to do so most of the time.
"Ferroll" appears to be a portmanteau of "ferrous" (of or pertaining to iron) and the name "Ferrell".
Ferroll can be found in the Cliffs, where they can be given 50 D$ or asked to give a massage. Giving 50 D$ result in them breaking the 50 D$, whereas the massage deals 6 damage to all party members. Once selected, each option can no longer be selected again.
Ferroll reappears in Pink's room after defeating Pink if they have been interacted with beforehand, where they offer to locate Pink Coins for 50 F$. When paid, they give the party the exact amount of Pink Coins left in each area, specifically Garden, Cliffs, Flower Castle east, Flower Castle west, and Top of Castle. Once all 19 Pink Coins are found, Ferroll states that they were probably allergic to Pink Coins.
- Ferroll yelling "A-choo!!!.." may be a homage to a line present in the English translation of Final Fantasy IV on the SNES where the martial artist Yang yells "ACHOOOO!" while fighting Imp Captains.
