The pair of eyes has light blue sclerae that are visible in the dark.
The pair of eyes appears in a cell in the prison of Card Castle, southwest of Susie's cell. After Kris and Ralsei are freed, the party can visit the pair of eyes, who bemoans what the world is coming to for King to imprison even them.[1]
