Electro-Dasher
Electro-Dashers[3] (JP: エレクトロダッシャー)[4] are a group of Darkner NPCs that appear within Cyber City and later Queen's Mansion. They function as obstacles and must be navigated around to solve various traffic-themed puzzles.

Electro-Dashers appear as sentient, car-shaped vehicles with a rounded, bright red chassis forming their main bodies. Its front is dominated by yellow circular headlights and blue tinted windows.
The most defining feature of an Electro-Dasher is its set of cartoonish, rubbery yellow legs that they can sprout and retract when moving bipedally. Electro-Dashers also come in a miniature variant, which has orange legs.
Electro-Dashers show some level of sentience, as most of the ones encountered typically tend to be generally passive and self-focused while traversing through the Cyber World, showing no signs of hostility or strong emotional expression. If many cars were hit during Queen's driving segment, the rest begin to flee from Queen's car.
After Kris enters Cyber City, the first Electro-Dashers are encountered during the first traffic puzzle. In order to bypass them, a traffic-lights-like object must be pressed to either halt or slow their movement. If Kris is hit by one, they will be sent back to the point from which they started crossing the traffic. The second and third car puzzles feature more of these cars with different colored variants.

The area following the second Berdly battle is filled with multiple Electro-Dashers. At one point after getting into Queen's car, Kris can avoid hitting incoming Electro-Dashers in their path. Once Queen departs after her car explodes on a bridge, more Electro-Dashers show up to occupy space before the DECEMBER puzzle room. They later reappear in Queen's Mansion hindering the party's progress on Floor 1F.
If fewer than three cars were hit while driving with Queen, and no "lost animals" are present (whether because Tasque Manager was recruited or neither Tasque, nor Popup, nor Maus were), a miniature Electro-Dasher gets recruited to Castle Town, appearing in front of the Great Door.[5]

In Chapter 4, a Rabbick can be seen riding the mini Electro-Dasher while "keeping the streets clean" in Queen's room in Ralsei's castle, if it was recruited in Chapter 2.
Electro-Dashers were originally planned to be fightable enemies but Toby Fox later scrapped the idea in favor of having them as obstacles to bypass in the final game.[6] Its attacks would have included running at the SOUL, firing electric beams, and firing hoops.
The legs were inspired by a default 3D model from Mario Artist: Polygon Studio.[6]

fires either light beams from its headlights that you have to stay within or it makes a camera clicking noise and fires a wave of bullets

Originally, the cars would have been fightable. I still like the poses. By the way, the car with legs is inspired by a default 3D model from Mario Artist Polygon Studio.
