Ice Caps are minor returning characters in Deltarune.
Ice Caps resemble small humanoid figures made of snow with disproportionately large heads, icicle-shaped hats, and orange drill-like noses.
In Chapter 2, a group of Ice Caps can be found standing outside the church alongside Terry, preventing access to the building. They appear to like hanging out with Terry, commenting on how Terry talks about not needing to go to the bathroom again.
In Undertale, Ice Caps appear as enemies that can be encountered in Snowdin.
