User:MMK-001/Unused Puzzles
There are various puzzles that are unused from the final version of Deltarune.
These puzzles consist of a Virovirokun chasing the party while firing arrows. If an arrow hits a screen, then a different effect will happen depending on the type of screen.
This puzzle consists of a Virovirokun chasing the party while firing arrows, and a U-Turn towards the end that allows the player to chase the Virovirokun instead, as well as a switch. After fighting the Virovirokun, a giant red screen appears saying UH-OH. There are three types of screens in this puzzle:
- Bomb: Acts the same as the used version. When shot, it explodes into multiple bullets which can hit other signs.
The differences between this version and the base puzzle include, the blocks between the buttons are invisible, the background being missing, the room is a different shape, the area where the Fiber Scarf is obtained isn’t present, and Kris is spawned out of bounds, making impossible to beat the puzzle.
This version is nearly identical to the first early version, with the only differences being that the room is more detailed, and that Kris is spawned in bounds.
The main differences between the used version and this version is that, the third teacup leads to a chest instead of the exit to the room, the teacups throw Kris out of bounds when they are done riding the teacups, Sweet Cap'n Cakes aren’t present, and the player can simply exit the room without using the teacups.
The main differences between the used version and the old version, is that it’s harder and the hallway section at the end is horizontal instead of vertical.
This version of the puzzle is less detailed, and lacks any hazards.
This puzzle is almost identical to the used version, but it is less detailed.
A game ran by 2 Pippins, in which the player must roll a 2, 4 or 6 on a die, to get rid of the Pippins blocking the room containing the Mooncloud Key Card, however rolling those numbers are impossible, and there will instead be numbers that aren’t on a die such as, 7, 1/2, a Roman numeral 3, and a 6 that is actually a “upside-down 9”.
To win, Susie must pick up the die, throw it near the Pippins, then take a picture of the die next to the Pippins, with the Camera. The Pippins then leave in fear of being caught cheating.
This puzzle located to the left of the Money-making game. It consists of a straight sandy path blocked by a camera block with a box that must be pushed on a switch. On the sandy path are four sand bells that swing up and down, if the bells hit the player it will reset them back to the beginning of the puzzle.
To solve this puzzle, the player must get rid of the camera block that’s blocking the sandy path, and then take pictures of the sand bells to freeze them place to prevent them from resetting the player, and then the player must push the box onto the switch.
Solving this puzzle spawns a spotlight, walking over it will summon a Zapper who will offer to take the player to the Backstage Entrance, or let them stay in the room.
This puzzle is right before the unused Rouxls Kaard fight in the backstage. It consists of a dried up lake, with 5 flowers and a diggable X, with bridge tiles on the right side.
To solve this puzzle the must first fight Rouxls Kaard in the backstage, to obtain Elnina's controller. With Elnina's controller the player is able to control Elnina’s character, she is able to cry to fill up dried bodies of water. Once Elnina's Controller is obtained, the player must cry with Elnina to fill up the dried lake, then pick up the bridge tiles and make a bridge with them, the player must then use Lancer’s character to dig up the X which gives 100 POINTs, and the flowers which give 20 POINTs each, for a total of 200 POINTs.
