Flower King
Flower King is a two-story building located in northern Hometown, east of the Blook house and west of the lake path. It is Asgore's residence, which doubles as a flower shop.
In Chapter 5, Flower King hosts a Dark Fountain, giving form to Flower Kingdom. Kris and Susie travel there after the Festival's conclusion.
In Chapter 1, Kris can enter Flower King and find Asgore watering his flowers. Upon noticing them, Asgore rushes to Kris and gives them a hug, welcoming them into his shop. Asgore follows Kris into the second floor if Kris chooses to enter it.
Upon leaving the shop, Asgore stops Kris and gives them a Bouquet of flowers that he asks to give to Toriel.
In Chapter 5 and after the Festival, Susie enters the shop to collect some flowers for Noelle, but once she exits the building, a new Dark World is created by Kris. It is revealed that Asgore was still in the building when the new Dark Fountain was made.
The Flower King building is orange, with a golden rooftop. Flower bushes are displayed at the front next to the door, and a stray vine is seen growing around the right side of the rooftop. Asgore's truck is parked at the right side of the building, and a hidden back door can be found along the wall next to the truck.
In Chapter 2, the shop has a closed sign hanging from the door. Asgore's truck is parked slightly further from the shop compared to Chapter 1. Flower Shop Loox can be found near the door. The Loox informs that they wanted to buy flowers, and had noticed the shop's back door is unlocked.[1] Inspecting the right side indicates that flowers are blocking the door.[2]
In Chapter 4, the shop is still closed, but interacting with the right side of the building reveals a window to the shop's basement, which is littered with documents and has a corkboard covered with papers.[3] The Manticore is standing outside and alludes to something that caused Asgore to "[lose] everything" prior to the events of the game.[4]

The first floor is a square room with two staircases to the northeast and northwest leading to the second floor. The northern wall has four identical flower displays, and the center is entirely covered by an exposed flower bush.
Two exposed flower bushes are displayed along the eastern side of the room. Three bags of soil are placed on the floor to the southwest, and a counter extends from the western wall. A cash register and a flower vase are present on top of the counter.

The second floor[note 1] is a square room with a locked door to the north. Depending on which entryway Kris entered the room from, Asgore blocks the opposite entryway. To the left is a pile of paperwork, among which is a rent notice from Carol,[5] and to the right is an air mattress. Along the wall to the northwest are two bags of soil and a watering can, and to the northeast, there is a sink, fridge, and television set with a superhero comic on top.
Choosing to open the fridge reveals that there is only a jar with a single pickle in it.[6] If Kris opens the fridge with an Egg in the inventory, they put it in the fridge without a prompt. Opening the fridge a second time with or without the Egg causes an egg to appear in the fridge. With the Egg, the narration mentions that there are "two Eggs inside the fridge". Without the Egg, the narration slightly differs, and the egg's "E" is lowercase.[7]
At the center of the room is a table, on top of which seven flowers are displayed: purple, blue, cyan, golden, yellow, orange, and green. Each flower is individually encased in a glass container.
By the time the Dark Fountain is sealed in Chapter 5, it is revealed that Asgore had set up seven colored lights for each of the seven flowers, which are implied to have had turned into the seven setting suns in the Flower Kingdom. The golden flower's container is broken and the flower is torn in half after the altercation against the Knight. Susie tapes the golden flower back together and moves the blue and yellow flowers into the same container, using the spare to house the golden flower inside.
- Asgore's speech upon entering Flower King is a direct reference to Undertale, where he repeats the same speech verbatim upon entering his Throne Room within New Home.
- The overworld sprites of the seven flowers on Flower King's second floor are similar to the overworld sprite of Flowey from Undertale. However, the golden flower lacks a face, and the other six match the colors of the six human SOULs.
- Inspecting Toriel and Asgore's wedding photo at the Dreemurr residence has the narration mention that Toriel held a bouquet of seven flowers, which is revealed to be the seven flowers in glass containers in Chapter 5.[8]
