This is highly likely to be turned down, but I thought I'd ask anyway. Since Rouxls is the only other character to appear in the main stories of both chapters, might he be added? I mena, he's not really the most important to the chapters or anything, but I thought I'd suggest anyway. It's me, Christal! (Yay!). 05:35, 20 December 2024 (UTC)

I would say that the player is as much a main character in Deltarune’s plot as any of the other people here, given the impact that they have on the story, their presence throughout the entire game, and their status as a playable character.
I would say that the constant presence of the player, and how they interact with the rest of the cast, is a major part of Deltarune’s story, and as such, they should have a spot on the main characters page. ~2026-241985 (unregistered) (talk) 19:23, 25 January 2026 (UTC)
- I did see this suggestion a while back, had conversed a bit about it in Discord.. but even though there's a lot of foreshadowing about the player's importance writing-wise and subtle nuances, it's probably best to wait and see "why", kind of like how character names in Chapter 1's Introduction caused unique responses, but we don't know "why" yet, so they are not in the "major characters" list in the Characters category.
