A Real Boy! is the 40th track of the DELTARUNE Chapter 2 OST. It plays when Spamton NEO reaches 100% MERCY during his battle in the Basement of Queen's Mansion.
- This track's title is a reference to Pinocchio, which Spamton's design and ambitions allude to.
- This track plays the same jingle as HEY EVERY ! over the chords of Johann Pachelbel's Canon in D,[1] with the melody being slightly extended to fit the new chords.
