Imminent Death is the 23rd track of the DELTARUNE Chapter 1 OST. It plays in Chapter 1 before Susie's battle against Lancer, once she learns he had betrayed her. It additionally plays in Chapter 4 after the battle against Sound of Justice, when Susie scolds Ralsei for being secretive.
- This track introduces the The Dark Truth leitmotif before the eponymous track makes its appearance in Chapter 2.
- This track appears to be based on the Your Best Nightmare leitmotif from Undertale.
